Hello Everyone, I would greatly appreciate some eyes on this case. 65yr old man, finally wants to fix his mouth. averse to implants. I've come up with the following treatment plan and wouldn't mind some comments and/or suggestions. Tooth numbers are FDI since I'm Canadian.

Full mouth reconstruction case. Here are the details:

1. extensive wear on lower front teeth causing a reduction in vertical dimension

2. 12 residual root

3. loose bridge 11-22

4. missing teeth 15, 24, 35, 46

5. overtreated 11 (RCT/post)

Discussed the following as a treatment plan:

1. increase vertical dimension by approximately 3mm. Most of this would be done by building up the lower arch, which needs to be addressed first

2. lower arch treatment would involve:

-intentional root canals on 31 and 42, create post space on 41

-crown lengthening on 32-42

-bridge 34-36,

-bridge 45-47

-crown 33-43 with post core build ups on 31, 41, 42

3. upper arch treatment would involve:

-exo of 12 residual root and 11 since it's heavily treated

-crown lengthening 22

-bridge 14-16,

-crown 13,

-implant bridge 12-21 (even though he's not a fan of implants- it's the best option for this area long term since we have compromised abutments for a long span bridge)

-crown 22

-bridge 23-25

-crown 26
